Exceptions / Damages and Issues

All items are inspected for quality assurance before mailing however, sometimes defects can be missed. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 3 days of reception) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items need to be unused and in its original packaging with any/all tags attached. Pictures of damaged/defective or incorrect items with original packaging is required to start the evaluation process. All requests for evaluation can be sent  to just4ubykawena.a@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on items that were damaged beyond our control via postal delivery.
